Terms of Service

PostCareSoft is operated by Reliant Healthcare Solutions LLC, White Plains, Maryland.

1.The trial

New agencies get fourteen days free. No card is required to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.

When the trial ends without a subscription, access is suspended and your records are kept. You can still sign in, and adding a card resumes everything exactly as it was.

2.Subscription and payment

$129.99 per month per agency, covering unlimited patients, clinicians and visits. Billed monthly in advance through Stripe, or $1,247.90per year when you choose to be billed yearly in advance. Prices may change with thirty (30) days’ notice, and a change never applies to a period already paid for.

Cancel at any time from Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, whether that is the month or the year; we do not pro-rate or refund part periods, and we do not require notice.

3.Your data is yours

Patient records, care plans, clinical notes, visit records, staff records and billing data belong to your agency. We hold them to operate the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, mine them, or use them to train models.

You can export your data at any time, including after cancelling. Handling of protected health information is governed by the Business Associate Agreement, which takes precedence over these terms wherever the two touch the same subject.

We delete your data when you ask us to. We will not delete it merely because a subscription lapsed.

4.What the software does and does not do

PostCareSoft records visits, builds timesheets from them, and generates claim files. It is a record-keeping and billing tool.

It is not a clinical decision support system and gives no medical advice. Clinical judgement, the accuracy of what is recorded, and the correctness of what is billed remain your agency’s responsibility. You are responsible for your own credentialing, licensure, payer enrolment and provider identifiers, and for the claims submitted under them.

Electronic visit verification requirements vary by state and payer. We provide the capture and the records; confirming that your use meets your own state’s requirements is yours.

5.Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff and for what they do with them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

One agency per subscription. Each agency’s records are kept separate from every other agency’s.

6.Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Because clinicians rely on this during visits, we treat anything preventing visit capture as the most urgent class of problem.

7.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including our obligations under the Business Associate Agreement.

8.Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that is unpaid, that is being used unlawfully, or that puts other agencies’ data at risk — with notice, and with your data preserved for export.

9.General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If we change them, we will tell account administrators by email before the change takes effect.
