Why one price

Home care software is usually sold per clinician or per visit, which means the bill grows on exactly the months that are hardest — the month you take on four aides for a new contract, or the month a patient needs daily visits instead of weekly.

We would rather you could tell what next year costs. One number, the same whether the agency has three carers or thirty, so growing is a staffing decision and not a software decision.

Questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days with no card, nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it. The checkout screen you pass through reads $0.00 due today because that is what it is.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access is suspended and your records are kept. You can still sign in, and adding a card picks up exactly where you stopped — same patients, same visits, same timesheets. Nothing is deleted because a trial ran out.
Does the price change with the number of clinicians?
No. $129.99 is the whole agency, whether that is three aides or thirty. There is no seat count to manage and no bill that grows the month you take on staff.
How does paying yearly work?
You pay $1,247.90 once a year, which works out at $103.99 a month and saves $311.98 against twelve monthly payments. You pick monthly or yearly when you add a card, at the end of the trial or any time during it, so there is nothing to decide when you sign up. A yearly subscription runs for the year it was paid for; we do not refund part years.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, billed in advance, and you cancel from Manage Billing without asking us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part months and we do not require notice.
Who owns the patient records?
You do, and so do the people they concern. We hold them to run the software and for nothing else — we do not sell them, mine them, or use them to train models. You can export everything at any time, including after cancelling.
Are claims submitted under your provider numbers?
Never. Claims go out under your own NPI, tax ID, Medicaid provider ID and taxonomy code, which you enter yourself. We will not borrow another agency’s identifiers and claim generation refuses until yours are on file.
Does it send visits to my state’s EVV aggregator?
Not yet. Every visit is captured with time and GPS and you can export those records as a file, but direct transmission to an aggregator such as HHAeXchange or Sandata is not connected. During setup we ask which state you are in and which aggregator you report to, and we are connecting them in the order agencies need them. If you bill Medicaid, check that an export file meets your state’s rules before relying on it.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every agency, accepted at signup and readable before you accept it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to clinical records is logged, and each agency’s records are separated from every other agency’s.
Can the price go up?
With thirty days’ notice, and never for a period you have already paid for.

Find out before you pay anything

Add one patient and one clinician, run a week of real visits, and see whether the timesheet at the end matches what actually happened. If it does, the price above is the easy part of the decision.
